Shipping and Warranty
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will send you an email confirmation of the shipment which will include estimated delivery dates and tracking information. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Please also note that we only ship to the United States and its Territories through our website. Credit cards must be issued by a North American bank or institution (US, Canada, etc.). You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) For return shipping instructions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All parts of the SemperScreen® product are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser for personal residential purposes. This warranty applies only if SemperScreen's materials are legally installed and maintained by a professional and licensed plumber according to SemperScreen's recommended practices and installation instructions. This residential warranty must be for the product as originally installed and not removed and re-installed in any manner. USE IN RENTAL PROPERTIES IS CONSIDERED A COMMERCIAL APPLICATION DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE PLACED INTO SERVICE FOR INCOME PURPOSES. For any commercial applications or applications exceeding the personal residential conditions defined herein, the SemperScreen product is warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Limited liability to product replacement only. A replacement for any defective part, during the warranty period, will be supplied free of charge. SemperScreen® recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt, and proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to SemperScreen® for all warranty claims.
Warranty claims should be made via email at email@example.com, or by writing to us at the below address. Please include proof of purchase, your name, address and telephone number, a picture of the defect, and a written description of the defect with the product when making your claim.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and SemperScreen hereby disclaims all liability for, product damage due to installation error, product abuse, alteration, modification, neglect, misuse, abnormal use, or in the case that parts, not supplied by SemperScreen, have been added, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself. SemperScreen® will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
Some states, provinces, and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state, province to province, and nation to nation.
